Quick Broccoli Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
Salt - to taste | ||
1 | Broccoli slaw - (8 oz) |
Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt to taste in small bowl. Mix well. Place slaw in large bowl and toss with dressing.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
