Pear And Red Onion Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Pears - diced | |
1 | Red onion - minced | |
Juice of 2 limes | ||
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Minced cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
Mix together pears, onion, lime juice, cilantro and honey in glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight (red onion should bleed some color into the pears).
Serve this with pork, chicken or duck.
