Minced Bologna Sandwich Filling Recipe - Cooking Index

1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Finely-diced celery |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Pickle relish - well drained |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
Chop or coarsely grind bologna. Add celery, relish and mayonnaise. Use as sandwich filling.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups for 10 sandwiches.
Each 1/4 cup: 181 calories; 571 mg sodium; 22 mg cholesterol; 14 grams fat; 10 grams carbohydrates; 4 grams protein; 0.24 gram fiber.
