Easy Mushroom Gravy Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream of mushroom or celery soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sherry or milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-minced parsley - (to 3 tbspns) |
Pour soup in small saucepan. Stir in sherry and parsley. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring now and then, 10 minutes.
Serve hot over meatloaf.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups gravy for 6 servings.
Each 1/4 cup: 55 calories; 415 mg sodium; 1 mg cholesterol; 4 grams fat; 4 grams carbohydrates; 2 grams protein; 0.40 gram fiber.
