Easy Mushroom Gravy

Recipe Ingredients

1   Cream of mushroom or celery soup - (10 3/4 oz)
2 tablespoons 30mlSherry or milk
2 tablespoons 30mlFinely-minced parsley - (to 3 tbspns)

Recipe Instructions

Pour soup in small saucepan. Stir in sherry and parsley. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring now and then, 10 minutes.

Serve hot over meatloaf.

This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups gravy for 6 servings.

Each 1/4 cup: 55 calories; 415 mg sodium; 1 mg cholesterol; 4 grams fat; 4 grams carbohydrates; 2 grams protein; 0.40 gram fiber.
