Shrimp Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCooked peeled shrimp
2   Tomatoes - chopped
1   Long green chile - seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced red onion
1   Garlic clove - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced cilantro
2 tablespoons 30mlLime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlWater
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried Mexican oregano - crushed
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
  Cracker bread - for serving

Recipe Instructions

Finely chop shrimp. Combine shrimp, tomatoes, green chile, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, water, oregano and salt. Cover and chill 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with cracker bread.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
