Plum Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat milk |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey - (to 4 tbspns) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ice |
Cut plums in half and remove pits. Puree fruit in blender with milk, honey and lime juice until smooth. Add ice and puree. Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
Each serving: 202 calories; 74 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol; 1 gram fat; 46 grams carbohydrates; 6 grams protein; 0.59 gram fiber.
