Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
1   Anchovies - (2 ounces) drain
1   Garlic - mince
2   Red chili pepper - chop (small)
2/3 cup 157mlBlack olives - chop
3   Leaves basil - chop
3 tablespoons 45mlParsley - mince
12 oz 340gMarinara sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlCapers - drain
  Penne pasta; cook - drain

Recipe Instructions

In olive oil sauteeanchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Sauteea few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne.
