Sherry Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Shallot - finely diced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Seasoned rice vinegar |
| 2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Light-flavored olive oil |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine shallot, honey, Sherry and rice vinegar and slowly whisk in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
This recipe yields 3 1/2 cups vinaigrette.
