1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
2 cups 320g / 11ozCooked rice
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozFinely-chopped crystallized ginger

Recipe Instructions

Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy-bottomed saucepan. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir in ginger. Serve warm.
