Ginger Rice Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Milk |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked rice |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely-chopped crystallized ginger |
Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy-bottomed saucepan. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir in ginger. Serve warm.
