3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet cream butter - softened |
1 cup | 237ml | Hot water - minus 1 tbs |
2 | Egg whites - stifly beaten |
Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients form a ball in the machine.
