Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozRice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
2 cups 474mlWater
6 tablespoons 90mlOil
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlTurmeric
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozSpinach
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSliced green onion
4   Crumbled slices crisp
  Bacon

Recipe Instructions

Simmer rice, covered, in salted water until rice is done. Drain. Combine oil, vinegar, soy, pepper, turmeric. Stir into the still warm rice. TEAR the spinach into small pieces. Toss spinach, onion and bacon into the rice.

Eat it as a cold salad, or warm as a side dish.
