Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parmesan cheese |
4 oz | 113g | Chicken breast |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried oregano |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Havarti or swiss cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Melted butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Bread crumbs |
Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano. Pound breast thin. Cover with havarti or Swiss cheese. Roll up and brush with butter. Roll in crumb mixture.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Add sauce and bake 10 minutes more. Makes 1 serving.
