Italian Spiced Mackerel Pate.

Recipe Ingredients

4 tablespoons	60ml	Fill smoked mackerel - skinned. (small)
3 oz	85g	Low fat cottage cheese
		Half lemon. - juice of
1		Black pepper
1		Oregano

Recipe Instructions

Pure mackerel and cottage cheese together in blender or liquidizer. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Turn into a suitable container and chill well before serving garnished with chopped parsley
