1 | Endive head - julienned | |
1 | Radicchio head - shredded thinly | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
