3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Salmon - cut 1/4" dice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pureed canned chipotles |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers - drained |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Scallions |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-chopped cilantro |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Tequila |
8 | Fried tarro chips (store bought in bag) | |
Cilantro leaves |
Combine all ingredients except tequila and chips in a medium bowl. Divide tartare among martini glasses, drizzle with tequila and garnish with chips and cilantro leaves.
