1/4 cup | 59ml | Mint chiffonade |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-diced red onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cumin |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Place the drained yogurt in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit at room temperature.
