| 5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Coarse ground pork butt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Fennel seed |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook, fry or bake.
