Italian Sausage Sweet - 2

Recipe Ingredients

5 lbs	2270g / 80oz	Coarse ground pork butt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Fennel seed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Black pepper
2 teaspoons	10ml	Sugar
1 cup	237ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. To cook, fry or bake.
