Italian Sausage Sweet - 1

Recipe Ingredients

5 lbs	2270g / 80oz	Coarse ground pork butt
3 teaspoons	15ml	Fennel seed
2 teaspoons	10ml	White pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Sage leaves
5		Pressed garlic
3 teaspoons	15ml	Salt
1 cup	237ml	White wine

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
