Ancho Chile Chips Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Peanut oil |
4 cups | 948ml | Potatoes - gaufrette cut (large) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ancho chile powder |
Salt - to taste |
Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry potatoes, in batches and drain on paper towels. Immediately toss with ancho powder and salt.
