1 1/3 tablespoons | 19ml | Salt |
1 1/3 tablespoons | 19ml | Ground coriander |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cayanne pepper - crushed |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper - course ground |
5 | Pressed garlic | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Paprika |
1 cup | 237ml | Cold water |
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
