Morwong Cru

An original idea from Tahiti -- somewhat changed.

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozHaddock or bream fillets - cut 1/2" cubes
2 lbs 908g / 32ozOnions - finely sliced (small)
  Juice of 6 lemons
4 oz 113gCucumber - finely diced
4 oz 113gCarrot - finely diced
4 oz 113gCelery - finely diced

Recipe Instructions

Place fish, onion and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover with a cloth and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

When 'cooked' strain off lemon juice and stir in chopped vegetables. Serve this mixture chilled with coconut mayonnaise dressing in a separate bowl.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
