| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | All-purpose flour - unbleached |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Active dry yeast |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Loaf: (large) |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mashed potatoes |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour - unbleached |
| 1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast |
Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil. Add flour and salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
