Sauerkraut Rye Bread Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Molasses |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Saurkraut - well drained and chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown Sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Rye Flour |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread Flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Caraway seeds |
2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Active dry yeast |
Put the ingredients into the bread machine tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast). Use basic bread cycle setting. Light Crust.
