Italian Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Uncooked spiral macaroni |
2 cups | 474ml | Bite-size pieces salad greens |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Sliced cauliflowerets |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Broccoli flowerets |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sliced zucchini |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sliced green onions (with tops) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sliced ripe olives |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tomato - cut into wedges (small) |
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Rinse with cold water until cool; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve with freshly cracked black pepper if desired. 4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-1/2 CUPS EACH).
