Recipe Ingredients

2   Apples - peeled and cored, coarsely chopped
6   Dates - finely chopped
1   Hard-boiled egg - finely chopped
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozAlmonds - finely chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozWalnuts - finely chopped
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozRaisins - finely chopped
  One lemon - juice of
1 tablespoon 15mlMatzah meal - (1 to 2)

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, mix fruits and nuts to blend thoroughly. Add lemon juice and enough matzah meal to bind the mixture. Mound charoset tin a bowl or roll into one inch balls and arrange on plate
