1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil - or other |
3 1/2 cups | 218g / 7.7oz | Flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yeast |
(keep salt and yeast separate; they can interact if together before mixing.)
Follow directions for your ABM.
I usually make this on timed-bake to have fresh bread for breakfast.
