1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Yeast - saf quick instant |
On quick cycle use 2 1/4 tsp yeast |
If you like, you can add Italian seasonings - oregano, garlic powder,basil, thyme, etc.
