Cajun Bloody Mary Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Tomato juice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Vodka |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Hot sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Essence |
= (see Bayou Blast recipe) | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne |
Pickled green beans or okra - for garnish | ||
Cocktail onions - for garnish |
Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a small pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve over ice with pickled green beans or okra and cocktail onions for garnish.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
