Emeril's Russian Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced yellow onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced celery |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Heavy cream |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Emeril's Red Pepper Sauce |
= (or other hot sauce) | ||
1 | Sugar | |
Salt - to taste |
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups.
