Buttered Egg Noodles Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Egg noodles |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsalted butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced fresh sage |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh chives |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Freshly-grated Parmesan |
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles until tender. Drain in a colander and return to the pot.
In a saute pan, add the butter and cook until lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Add sage, parsley, chives, and salt and cook 1 minutes. Finish with Parmesan cheese.
