Lomi Lomi Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Salt salmon - shredded |
4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Ripe tomatoes - diced small |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Maui onion - finely diced |
5 oz | 142g | Scallions, whites and greens - coarsely chopped |
Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means "to massage" in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator.
This recipe yields 10 servings.
