1 | Green onions - sliced (with tops) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Carrots - peeled and shredded (medium) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1 | Pineapple rings in juice | |
1 | Green pepper - chopped (medium) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Macaroni - cooked and drained |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
In large skillet sauteeonion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Sauteefor 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.
Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
