Hawaiian Macaroni

Recipe Ingredients

1   Green onions - sliced (with tops)
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
2 tablespoons 30mlCarrots - peeled and shredded (medium)
1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce
1   Pineapple rings in juice
1   Green pepper - chopped (medium)
2 cups 474mlMacaroni - cooked and drained
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar

Recipe Instructions

In large skillet sauteeonion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Sauteefor 1 minute.

Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.

Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
