Vodka Cured Red Snapper Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Vodka |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh orange juice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely-chopped red bell pepper |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-chopped red onions |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Minced habanero |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Red snapper fillets - cut 1/2" cubes |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Kosher salt |
In a bowl combine the vodka, orange juice, lime juice, bell pepper, onions, cilantro, garlic, and pepper.
Ten to fifteen minutes before serving, fold the fish and salt into the vodka cure. Divide the fish and any juices among 4 to 6 decorative bowls or glasses and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
