Dried Cranberry Vinegar Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Dried cranberries |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Champagne vinegar |
1 | Salt |
In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, water, vinegar and salt, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
In a blender, puree the ingredients on high speed. Pour into an airtight container and keep at room temperature.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
