Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSushi-quality amberjack fillets
  Soy sauce - for dipping
  Wasabi - for dipping
  Pickled ginger - as an accompaniment
  Mizuna or other decorative greens - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices.  Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
