Crazy Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Quartered seeded mangoes |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Halved stemmed strawberries |
| 1 | Banana - quartered | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Ice cubes |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange or pineapple juice |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Dark rum |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Coconut flakes |
Place ice cubes in a blender and crush. Add the fruit, yogurt, juice, rum, and lime juice and process on high speed until frothy and thick. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top each with 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
