Tofu Whipped Creme Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Firm tofu |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Silken tofu |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Maple syrup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pure vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water - (to 2) |
A few grains of sea salt |
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Add water if necessary to achieve a whipped cream consistency. Refrigerate until needed.
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
