Sesame Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Rice wine vinegar |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Granulated sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | White sesame seeds, toasted in a dry pan u |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
In a small saucepan, heat the vinegar and whisk in the sugar until it is dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Stir in the salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and soy sauce, then whisk in the sesame and vegetable oils until the mixture is completely emulsified.
