Chive Tofu Sour Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Firm tofu |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce or umeboshi vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sea salt |
Water to texturize- (abt 1/3 cup) | ||
1 | Chives - sliced thinly |
Steam or boil tofu for 3 minutes. Drain then blend with other ingredients. Add chives or scallion greens.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
