Chive Tofu Sour Cream

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozFirm tofu
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce or umeboshi vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSea salt
  Water to texturize- (abt 1/3 cup)
1   Chives - sliced thinly

Recipe Instructions

Steam or boil tofu for 3 minutes. Drain then blend with other ingredients. Add chives or scallion greens.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
