Tossed Green Salad With Vinaigrette Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1   Green leaf lettuce head (small)
1   Red leaf lettuce head (small)
2   Endives
1   Watercress
  Dressing
1 tablespoon 15mlRed wine vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1/4 cup 59mlOil, olive or vegetable - or half of each
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced parsley

Recipe Instructions

Pull apart salad leaves. Wash and dry greens in a salad spinner or colander. Put greens in a large salad bowl.

In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil. Stir in parsley.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
