Tarragon Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped fresh tarragon |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Salad oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic clove - (to 2) - minced | |
1 | Finely-ground black pepper |
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir or shake to mix. Serve over salad greens and steamed vegetables.
This recipe yields 1/4 cup plus (and goes a long way).
