Smoked Chile Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pureed canned chipotles |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lime juice |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine the sour cream, pureed chipotles, lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 day.
This recipe yields 1/2 cup.
