Caesar Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Romaine lettuce head - torn apart, | |
And cut up or chopped | ||
2 | Garlic cloves - chopped | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Olive oil |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs - mashed | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1 | Homemade Croutons - (see recipe) |
Place the romaine in a large wooden salad bowl. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, egg and cheese. Mix well and pour over the greens. Toss and serve with Homemade Croutons.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
