Roasted Olives Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Black and green olives | 
| Zest from 1 small orange | ||
| Leaves from 1 large rosemary sprig | ||
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Extra-virgin olive oil | 
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl.
Place in oven until warmed through, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
