Roasted Olives

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlBlack and green olives
  Zest from 1 small orange
  Leaves from 1 large rosemary sprig
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlExtra-virgin olive oil

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl.

Place in oven until warmed through, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.

This recipe yields 2 cups.
