16 oz | 454g | Chicken - cooked and cut up |
2 oz | 56g | Raw potatoes - diced (small) |
1 oz | 28g | Eggplant - cut up (medium) |
1 oz | 28g | Raw onion - diced (large) |
6 | Celery stalks with greens - diced | |
28 oz | 795g | Green beans - drained |
12 oz | 340g | Fresh or |
8 oz | 227g | Canned mushrooms - drained |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oregano |
Garlic - to taste | ||
Onion powder - to taste | ||
Parmesan cheese - grated |
Place all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed (except for the cheese) , cover and cook 8-10 hours on medium. Serve with cheese.
