Smucker's Cherry Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Coarsely-chopped onion |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Coarsely-chopped red bell pepper |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Coarsely-chopped green bell pepper |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Coarsely-chopped fresh tomatoes |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced jalapeño |
= (or other hot chile pepper) | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Combine all salsa ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend for one to two minutes to combine. The salsa will be slightly chunky. Adjust the seasonings (salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce) to taste.
This recipe yields 4 cups.
