Hazelnut Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped hazelnuts |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine or butter - softened |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread hazelnuts on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool. Mix with remaining ingredients.
