Garlic Pasta - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
8 | Garlic - thinly sliced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Whipping cream |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pasta |
Parmesan cheese - to taste |
Sauteegarlic in olive oil until not quite brown.
Add the cream, a small amount of salt and a good amount of pepper.
Simmer to reduce cream and toss with pasta that has been cooked as directed.
Add lots of parmesan cheese.
