Melon In Mint Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced mint |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cardamom |
1 cup | 237ml | Cubed cantaloupe |
1 cup | 237ml | Cubed honeydew melon |
1 cup | 237ml | Cubed watermelon |
Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
