Garlic And Oil Pasta Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
15 cups | 2190g / 77oz | Garlic cloves - chopped (large) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Parsley - fresh, finely |
Salt | ||
Pepper - black | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Parmesan - grated |
Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with hot pasta in a serving bowl. Mix in cheese, if used.
Recommended pasta: 3/4 pound spaghetti or spaghettini
